You can set a journal so that other people can tag entries for you. There are various settings, for example you can set up the tags and then people can use just those tags, or you can let them create new tags if they wish. You could change the tag settings and then maybe your hapless minions helpful flist will solve the tag problem for you. The details are explained in the FAQ on tags.
